L’Astrance gallery added
No trip to Paris would be complete without dinner in at least one Michelin-starred restaurant. On our last trip, we visited two: L’Astrance and Yam’Tcha. Both were fantastic and I have photos from Astrance to share today.
Situated just across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower, Astrance’s location could not be more idyllic. The creative, seven-course, modern-French tasting menu was elegantly presented and delicious. There were some unique standouts like a mushroom, foie gras, apple tart and jasmine eggnog served in an actual egg shell. My favorite courses of the meal were the desserts – from a mind-blowing chili pepper, lemongrass, ginger sorbet to an incredible creamy citrus tart with pineapple-coriander sorbet. The service, as expected, was flawless.
I’m editing the photos from Yam’Tcha now and will upload them soon. Have you eaten at Astrance? What did you think? Do you have a favorite restaurant in Paris I should try the next time I visit? Let me know in the comments below!
