· After a two week training program
in Datatel's in-house programming language and software,
became a productive member of the Accounts Receivable /
Cash Receipts Enhancements Programming Team. Wrote code
included in the next revision of Datatel’s Colleague
product.
· Independently determined solutions to problems as
assigned; found and fixed un-reported bugs. Modified
content of front end screens; wrote and modified
subroutines. |

Summer 1999

· One of 25 chosen from 90 applicants
to participate in the 10 week Visiting Student
Enrichment Program.
· Collaborated with scientists and engineers of the
recently formed Technology Scanning and Assessment
Committee. Proposed the type of information and its
organization to be included in technology bulletins
(i.e. summary reports on various computer languages and
technologies useful to the scientific community).
· Independently researched and produced the
first five
bulletins, now used as models for further development of
